Our Pike County historic hotel defines charm.
Our hotel was built in 1838 by William Watson and called Mansion House. It was frequented by Abraham Lincoln and his contemporaries when practicing law in the old Pike County courthouse. We, Jonas and Jane Ann Petty, renovated for over two years and reopened in December 2008. We have been in business for close to three years now and are having a great time. All of us here at WWH are passionate about Pike County, and want to share that passion with you. Our hotel has turned into a great meeting place and a secluded getaway all in one. Give us a call and we, or one of our staff, will be happy to help you plan your visit with us. Can't wait to meet you!
Located on Pittsfield's historic square, the William Watson Hotel is an ideal location for your stay. Several restaurants are located within walking distance, as well as quaint shops, a spa, and hunting areas. Staying with us is convenient and relaxing.
