Two Rivers is the world's largest all-Jeep wheeling club with
dedicated trails on 100% private lands, made available through
the generosity of the residents of west central Illinois. While
there is no public access to these lands, we sponsor

The Prarie Windmills
Visit
the “Prairie Mill” in Golden, Illinois (Adams County), a restored Dutch
smock windmill and a historic landmark in western Illinois. It is the
only restored, US-built windmill operating with its original millstones
and wood gear mechanism! Built in 1873 by Henry Emminga, it’s one of
only two dutch windmills in downstate Illinois.
Tours are available from May 2, 2009 through October 25, 2009 on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 PM.
Tours are also available by appointment or by chance.
William Watson Hotel was originally built in 1838 and was called Mansion House Hotel. Owners Jonas and Jane Ann Petty renovated for over two years and the hotel reopened in December 2008.
